Eternity
The birth of our Saviour
The year of the Lord’s favour
The whole creation sings
Even rocks cry out in praise
A baby in a manger
Made a way for humanity
Redeeming the world
For all who will believe
Eyes to see
Ears to hear
The Father draws near
To all who call on Him
In spirit and in truth
He is faithful to His word
The echo of the birds
He watches over His flock
God will not be mocked
What a man sows
Shall be reaped
Death or life
May we be firm
Trees of righteousness
Yielding fruit in season
Ripe for harvest
His timing is beyond
Comprehension
His ways are higher
His thoughts are greater
He sees beyond
Our circumstances
He holds us together
In His safe hands
His kindness leads
Sinners to repentance
May His word pierce
With holy conviction
We will lift up His name
We will announce His coming
The little boy drumming
We are made for eternity.
