For my good
I keep wandering
Instead of walking by faith
Help me to be brave
To surrender, to trust

My understanding
To trust Your hand in
The working out
Of my life
Preparing me
Moulding me
In character, in confidence
Strong in You
Multiplying my gifts
Through laying them
At Your feet
Stewarding
Everything in my hands
For Your purposes
Nothing is wasted
The process, the pain
You’re removing every stain
Washing me white as snow
From sins of old
From generational iniquity
You are breaking us free
From bondage
You are my deliverer
My strength, my hope
You are restoring me
With Your word
Healing me
Through change
The sky is full
Of colour, of promise
Orange ripples into blue
You are shaping me anew
Fashioning me fit
For use
The warfare is a signal
Heaven is breathing
Life over me
No more captivity
The shackles are loosing
The weight of the past
The chains won’t last
Your blood is thicker
Stronger, palpable
Poured out as offering
Your suffering set me free
Worthy, worthy
You deserve my all
I will follow the call
Into the ocean depths
We walk together
No matter the cost
I am not lost
You are my shepherd
You keep me close
This world offers nothing
Comparable to you
Your spirits on the move
Reaching souls for Your kingdom
The sunrise in soft pink
Reminds me to sing
Of Your great love for me
You redeemed history
My times before you
Lost and alone
You brought me home
Into Your care
I am grateful, I am blessed
Jesus you have my yes
Help me to obey
To walk in Your ways
To surrender my plans
To trust in Your hands
Loving, kind, steady
Making me ready
For Your coming
For my calling
I take shelter in You
You will see this through
I may not understand
But You are working
All things for my good.
