Purposed

Let’s walk
Out the call
With hearts
Ablaze
A picture
A photograph
Of eternity
Is with us
In His word
Scriptures
Engraved
Deep within
Let our voices
Respond
To His voice
His whisper
Let our faith
And our deeds
Herald
His name
Ambassadors
Of glory
The King
Of our destinies
He holds us
He helps us
He is leading
With purpose
He is worthy
Of our praise
Through our lives
Through our hands
Created
To worship
To lift Him up
To esteem Him
He suffered
For our freedom
We will walk
Worthy of the call
To eternity
To His kingdom
We will arise
We will shine
Like stars
Our names
Are engraved
In the heavens
He hears us
He knows us
We are His
We are chosen
For such a time
As this
We will sing
Of His love
Poured out
On a cross
For the lost
To be saved
Salvation
Through His blood
Even if we suffer
For His name
His crown
Weighs more
Than the troubles
Of this world
We will shout
In victory
One day
For the risen King
He rose above
The grave
To seal our future
In heaven
Blessings and honour
He deserves it all
Every sorrow, every tear
He will carry us, home.
