Everything
When the enemy rises up
Like a torrential flood
You raise up a standard
A wall of fire
In the place of surrender
In obedience, submission
I come back to Your presence
I find rest in Your shadow
The battle is won
Through the love of the Son
I have conquered in You
The cross made a way
When I feel unworthy
Like I’m not quite enough
To be used for Your kingdom
You prove me wrong
Because you don’t expect
Perfection but humility
In the place of reflection
I challenge false beliefs
Because You chose me
To be Yours forever
Not because of my works
But because of who You are
My perfection couldn’t earn it
It’s filthy rags compared to You
I am righteous through Your blood
I am complete, I am seen
Nothing can compare
To Your glory, Your love
It’s truly enough
You are everything, and so much more.
