In uncertainty
You quieten me
To slow down, to rest
In Your presence
In perfect peace
You cradle me
In steadfast promise
All the tears
Seemingly wasted years

In the waiting
I listen to You
Tuning into
Your heartbeat
My time will come
As does the rising sun
The dawn of change
