An enduring hope
Your word is a lamp
A light for my path
You are an ever-present help
In times of need
Your mercy flows
Like rivers of refreshing water
You tend to
Your flock, Your people
Your sons & Your daughters
I will stand in hope
Have faith to believe
You can move my mountains
I will trust that You
Are who You say You are
That You are a living fountain
Of hope, of breath
To renew, to restore
All that has been broken
You are still moving
In our lives
We can trust in what You’ve spoken
You feed Your sheep
With Your word
Your promises are true and steadfast
We have a future
We have a Saviour
An enduring hope that lasts
My eternity
Is sealed in Your blood
The word of God is active
Sharper than
Any double-edged sword
I will wield it like a soldier
In the times
We’re living in
Your word still stands, it’s constant
I surrender my plans
Into Your care
I will walk boldly in Your will
What is coming next
Is worth every step
Of faith, trust & obedience
I will be brave
I will be saved
You have gone ahead, You are in my future.
